1. The venue, not the middleman. The Board is a private venue where vetted brokers deal directly with each other. The house is never a party to any deal — it holds no tickets, holds no money, provides no escrow, and guarantees nothing. When a deal is agreed, payment and delivery happen entirely between the two members, off the board. The house's involvement ends at the introduction.

2. Membership. By invitation only, personal to you and your firm. Credentials are not shared. You represent that you are a professional ticket broker, properly licensed where required, and that what you told the house to get in is true. The house may refuse, suspend, or end any membership at its sole discretion. There is no right to membership.

3. Conduct. List only what you can deliver, marked accurately in-hand or expected, and pull what sells elsewhere. Honor your commitments — a Buy at Ask is a commitment for its window; an acceptance is a commitment to deliver. The board carries the house's events at or above the house floor, and nothing else. Conversation exists only around deals: no solicitation, no harassment, no spam. Your legal compliance is yours.

4. Anonymity. Listings carry no identity. Aliases live in conversations. Identities exchange when a deal is agreed — or earlier by a member's own choice. 5. Fees. Membership is by yearly subscription. The house charges no transaction fees of any kind — no buy fee, no sell fee, no percentage of any deal, ever.

6. Disputes between members. Deals are between members. The house has no obligation to mediate or enforce any deal, and no liability for another member's failure to pay, deliver, or perform. The house may weigh reports of bad dealing in deciding who stays in the room; its decisions on board access are final.

7. No warranties; limits. The board is provided as-is. The house is not liable for member conduct, failed or disputed deals, ticket authenticity or delivery, event changes or cancellations, or indirect damages.

8. Your responsibility. You stand behind your own listings, deals, and conduct, and you hold the house harmless for them.

9. Data. The house stores your account, activity, and deal records to run the board, and sends you transactional alerts about your own activity. Member data is not sold.

10. Termination. If membership ends, access ends immediately and open listings and wants come down. Confidentiality survives.

11. Changes. When these terms change, the new version is shown and must be accepted to continue using the board.
